淨化層流罩是一種提供局部潔淨環境的空氣淨化單元，可靈活安裝於潔淨度要求較高的工藝點上方，可單獨使用，也可組合使用，形成帶狀潔淨區域。淨化層流罩使空氣以一定的風速經高效過濾器後形成均勻的流層，使潔淨空氣垂直單向流動，從而確保製程區域的潔淨度。

特徵：

●箱體採用優質SUS304不鏽鋼材質，易於清潔；

●頂部送風，高效過濾效率≥99.99%@0.3um，操作區淨化等級高於房間潔淨度；

● 逆變器調整風速；按鈕控制燈光和電源。
