淨化層流罩是一種提供局部潔淨環境的空氣淨化單元，可靈活安裝於潔淨度要求較高的工藝點上方，可單獨使用，也可組合使用，形成帶狀潔淨區域。淨化層流罩使空氣以一定的風速經高效過濾器後形成均勻的流層，使潔淨空氣垂直單向流動，從而確保製程區域的潔淨度。
